Once a customer order is ready, our regional teams begin preparation for receipt and deployment of the systems. We work with our customers to establish where the need is greatest and the best method of system deployment. The flexibility, weight and robustness of the system affords many options for deployment methods and our teams are adept at delivering the systems by the quickest and most efficient means. Once deployed, our teams will train the local population in the basic maintenance of the system. This is supported by the Grian remote monitoring service. This allows our European based engineers to assess the performance of the system, identify any faults or issues and to gather and support data review aspects of the various energy provision programmes we are supporting.

Military Customers and those engaged in sensitive work have the option to disable this function for the purposes of secrecy and force protection. This does not affect our ability to support these customers and we ensure that training and self-help capability is provided to clients who request it.
